The eurolaser XL-3200 is a large format CO₂ laser cutting system developed for the precise processing of oversized sheet materials such as full size acrylic panels and other rigid substrates used in the advertising and print industry. With a working area of approximately 2,270 × 3,200 mm, the system enables complete boards to be processed in a single operation with outstanding cutting quality and maximum material utilisation.
Efficient Processing of Full Size Sheets: The generous working area allows full acrylic panels and large display boards to be cut without repositioning. This ensures stable production processes, high throughput and consistently excellent edge quality, particularly for visually demanding applications.
Remote Operation for Higher Productivity: With the Remote Operation function, the working area can be divided into two software controlled zones. While one section is being processed, the other can be loaded or unloaded. This parallel workflow significantly increases machine utilisation and reduces idle times.
Hybrid Processing with Zünd Tools: Thanks to the modular system architecture, the XL-3200 can be equipped with high precision mechanical tools from Zünd Systemtechnik AG. Laser cutting and mechanical processing such as milling or routing can be combined within one system, expanding the range of applications and enabling the processing of materials that are not suitable for laser technology.
