Evert Delbanco is Head of Global Regulatory Project Management & Group Toxicologist at Flint Group, based in Stuttgart, Germany. As a senior regulatory executive, he leads global toxicology activities and regulatory projects across the organisation. With more than 25 years of experience in the inks, coatings and adhesives industries, Evert holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Dortmund and completed postgraduate studies in Toxicology. He is a European Registered Toxicologist (ERT).

Before joining Flint Group, Evert served as Director of Food Safety and Toxicology at a leading global packaging ink manufacturer, with global responsibility for ink and packaging regulations and toxicological risk assessment. Earlier in his career at Henkel, he led global regulatory affairs and oversaw the implementation of REACH, K-REACH and GHS.

He has been actively involved in European industry associations for more than two decades, most recently serving as Vice-Chairman of PIFOOD and Chairman of the NIAS Risk Management Task Force at EuPIA.
