Printer Type:
The system features the SG500, a compact desktop digital decoration printer engineered for consistent, small-format production. It is designed specifically for use within Sawgrass’s closed-loop ecosystem, ensuring reliable performance and color accuracy.
Ink Type:
The SG500 uses Sawgrass VersiFlex inks, a proprietary soft-touch ink set developed for decorating porous and natural substrates. Unlike traditional sublimation inks, VersiFlex inks enable direct decoration on cotton, canvas and untreated wood without pre-treatment, delivering vibrant color with a smooth, flexible finish.
Transfer Paper:
The bundle includes VersiFlex light heat transfer paper (8.5 x 11 inches), optimized to work with the SG500 and VersiFlex inks. The paper supports consistent transfer quality, sharp detail and durability across a range of applications.
Together, the printer, inks and transfer paper create a streamlined workflow for efficient, repeatable production. A compatible heat press with adjustable pressure is required to complete the transfer process.
