Printer Type:
The system features the SG1000, a wide-format desktop digital decoration printer built for higher-volume production and larger print sizes. Designed as part of Sawgrass’s fully integrated ecosystem, the SG1000 delivers consistent output, color accuracy and efficient workflow for growing businesses.
Ink Type:
The SG1000 uses Sawgrass VersiFlex inks, a proprietary soft-touch ink set formulated for decorating porous and natural substrates. Unlike traditional sublimation inks, VersiFlex inks enable direct application on cotton, canvas and untreated wood without pre-treatment, producing vibrant, true-to-life color with a smooth, flexible finish.
Transfer Paper:
The bundle includes VersiFlex light heat transfer paper (8.5 x 11 inches), engineered to work seamlessly with the SG1000 and VersiFlex inks. The paper supports precise image transfer, strong color reproduction and durability across a range of substrates.
Together, the printer, inks and transfer paper create a streamlined, end-to-end decoration solution that supports both quality and production efficiency. A compatible heat press with adjustable pressure is required to complete the transfer process.
