Delivered by Harrison Bailey of Smart Elephant, this session is designed to help students understand the transformation taking place across the sector, from automation and data-led workflows to emerging roles focused on technology, innovation and digital integration. As print businesses evolve, so too does the talent they need, opening the door to alternative, future-facing careers that combine creativity, technical thinking and commercial impact. Attendees will gain a clearer view of how AI is influencing the industry, the kinds of skills that are becoming more valuable, and where new opportunities are emerging for those ready to be part of print’s next chapter.
